Here at Armco we undertake both Management and Pre Refurbishment/ Demolition asbestos surveys nationwide at your convenience and we will strive carry out urgent surveys as soon as possible. We are able to provide you with the asbestos report within in 2 – 5 working days, depending on the number of samples taken and whether asbestos is identified. The report will identify any asbestos, giving it a material/priority assessment score and provide recommendations on how to manage the asbestos. We can then assist in the organisation and implementation of any remedial or removal works required.

We undertake surveys, as we do all our services, throughout the United Kingdom and operate at a very competitive price. Over the years, we have carried out both types of surveys on a variety of premises of all sizes, for example: domestic properties, flats/apartments, retail shops/units, food related premises, mills, warehouses, education establishments, entertainment premises such as public houses, places of worship, hospitals, sporting premises and, power and sub-stations. In addition, we survey the communal areas of flats/apartment buildings should this be the nature of the letting agreement to ensure any asbestos is managed correctly.
